Before you became the parent or carer of a neurodivergent child, you probably had no idea how much of your time would be spent sending and receiving emails.
When writing an email, we have to think about who is reading it so we can consider how best to get them to do what we want them to do or to listen to what we want to say. The format and style of an email can be different in different circumstances.
At STAND, we have developed experience in how to write effective emails - we have developed the materials on this page to share this experience with you.
